vivo Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") is the provider of EasyShare (referred to as "this Service") and the organization responsible for the personal data processed with respect to this Service. We care about your privacy and think it is important that you know why and how we process your personal data. In this EasyShare Privacy Terms (referred to as "this Terms"), we therefore cover the following content:

Please read this Terms carefully and make sure that you have understood our practices regarding your personal data before you start using this Service.
1. Collection and Processing
Data and purposes:
• Account login
You need to log in to your account to use some features of this Service. In the countries/regions where the Account feature is available, when you log in to your account in this Service, we will collect your account-related information (such as account ID) and security token. Additionally, we will access your account-linked information, including the phone number or email address and personal profile, for display on the relevant pages.
• Device connection
You need to connect through the device's hotspot first, in order to use the basic features of this Service (such as Device clone and file transfer). Therefore, we will collect your Wi-Fi connection information (such as Wi-Fi name, etc.) to determine if the devices are properly connected.
• Content transfer
After completing the device connection, we will process your SMS, contacts, calendar, images, video, audio, music, applications, settings, call records, notes, files or other contents stored in device (collectively, “Contents”) with algorithm on your device for the basic features such as Device clone and backup restore. Please kindly note that such personal data will only be processed on your device and will not be collected, accessed by us or be uploaded to our servers.
If you enable and use the "Shake for group sharing" feature, we will collect your application identifier, device name, device model, profile avatar, as well as the list of nearby devices. Such data will be used for device discovery and group creation, enabling you to share Contents with group members. You can disable this feature at any time by going to Settings > Shake for group sharing in this Service.
You need to log in to your account to use some features of this Service. If you are already logged in, we will collect your account security token, as well as your device ID, device model, manufacturer, and other basic device information for device discovery and connection, so as to provide you with some of the cross-device file transfer features (such as One-tap transfer feature and transfer via device search).
• Problem diagnosis and service improvement (optional)
When the EasyShare "Send usage & diagnostic data" feature is available, you can choose to enable it voluntarily. If you choose to enable it, in order to improve our Service, we will collect the identifier of your device or application, device model, device brand, operation system version, application version, usage behaviour in the application (e.g. browsing, clicking, etc.), country code and the error code when the application feature does not work properly, etc. Such analytical improvements will be carried out using aggregated data, without identifying any personal identity or characteristics. You can at any time choose to disable this feature by going to Settings > Send usage & diagnostic data in this Service. If you disable this feature, we will stop such processing in this Service until you re-enable.
Some of the above features may not be available to you due to different countries/regions and software versions. Features supported by this Service are subject to availability. Please kindly note that we will only process data described under the feature which you enabled or you are using.
We process the data for the above purposes in order to provide you with corresponding features or services. However, other legal bases may be applicable on certain occasions as stated in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.
Security:
We care about protecting your personal data. We have put in place appropriate security measures, including but not limited to encryption and anonymization techniques, which are designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use, damage, or loss. We will do our best to protect your personal data. If you suspect any unauthorized use, damage, or loss of your personal data, please let us know immediately by the contact details set out below.
2. Storage
Period:
We will retain your personal data collected by us for the period necessary for the above purposes of processing, or as required by you, or applicable laws. Meanwhile, we will retain:
• Personal data related to the exercise of data subject rights, consent records, and customer interaction records for up to five (5) years from the last interaction.
• Data backups and app logs processed for security purpose for up to six (6) months from the date they were created.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymise your personal data in due time, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
Location:
To provide the same level of data protection as that of the user's country/region and respond to users' requests more efficiently, the location where data is stored varies for users in different countries/regions. Please refer to the Storage and International Transfer section in our Privacy Policy to find out where your personal data is stored.
3. Sharing and Transfer
We will process your data ourselves, or by use of our affiliated companies, or service providers who act on our behalf. Please be aware that we have signed a data protection agreement with the aforementioned service provider(s) and they will provide protection for your data at a standard that is no less than ours. Besides, we will only share your data when required in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws.
Since we operate internationally, and to make it possible for you to use our product/service worldwide, your personal data may be transferred to or accessed by entities located in other countries/regions. We comply with laws on the transfer of personal data between countries/regions to ensure your data is protected, wherever it may be.
4. Your Rights
You have various rights with respect to the data which we hold about you.
